  2. try: www.g2f.co.uk Jake may ave sum spare
  3. Can somebody explain that to me, in SIMPLE english?
  4. Mi TY is bored out to 3500cc, supercharged with 235/85/16 tyres. Grips like ****, now where in the rules says I cant do that I wonder?
  5. Over the last few years we have had a limit of 80 so as to cut down on the time the observers are in the "wood". It is usually cold and damp, also I WANT TO GET TO THE PUB !
  6. Adsy, I probably put more time and money into the sport than many, I too love and enjoy the "sport". It is ALSO a hobby. And for 99% of the riders that it was it is, A SPORT, A HOBBY, call it what you will. So I AM DEFINITELY NOT trying to run it down. or mess with it.
  7. Why would we need a FIM steward, the permit was issued by the ACU Lighten up you moaners, some football teams play 5 a side, sometimes 11, sometimes indoor, some outdoor Cant be that bad nearly FULL !!!!!
  8. Not at all defensive, plenty off GOOD feedback at the trial this weekend, and MANY entries. It is FIM rules, what is 1/2 baked about that? What you moaners seem to forget, it is something different for 1 day. However if you want to live your life in 1 lane, never seeing anything from a different point and have a laugh, carry on, and BE HAPPY I am I hate carrots. Cant see in daylight so why eat carrots?

    Well put young fella.
  10. The point of running it is to give riders the chance to ride under FIM rules, just as MANY riders asked us to for a ONE off. Bradford club does what the club's riders ask us to do! We were asked, we asked the ACU, permission granted. The Boxing Day trial attracts NO club or centre grading points, it is a FESTIVE get together, some of the people who attend as a rider or spectator probably have not seen each other since the previous Boxing Day trial. I myself have thought it more like a trials history lesson when walking down the wood some years. As a club we can't be doing too much wrong, Yorkshire Centre Team Trial Champions (AGAIN) Growing membership, Good social events etc. At our trial last weekend we had a good few members move up a grade, Beg to Clubman, Clubman to Hard, they may not all stay on the upgraded course but they ARE HAVING A GO ! Just as on Boxing Day they can have a go at FIM rules. BE HAPPY ITS ONLY A GAME
  11. Dabster, this trial is being promoted as a FUND RAISING event, no blue peter badges etc. The winner does receive a nice trophy tho'. We are just trying to do something different and give the riders a chance to ride the FIM rules, if you would like to come along and bring your stopwatch you can have section 15! ACU rules demand you sign on 30 mins before the trial, do YOU? To most folk any section is like a world round section on Boxing Day, remember what day it is the previous one! Food, Beer, Food, Beer, MORE BEER etc! Mother in law dont want to go ome, wife pi$$ed, and you just woke up @ 9pm after pm trip ta pub. RELAX A LITTLE FELLA !!!!!!!!!!
  12. Every affiliated member of the ACU "SHOULD" have received a handbook. The insurance company (ACU's) require it.
  13. TSR22a: FAILURE (5) Moving backwards, sideways movement with no forward motion. TSR22b: NO STOP Twinshock< the rider who roade round the bottom of a climb crossed his own track, so should have been 5'd
  14. Doubt it, there was not one this year, I dont think many mainland clubs can afford to promote it.
  15. A great shame for Sam, he lost 13 on my section (9) would have had a win there.
  16. and whos going Come on then who else is off to sunny Spain?
  17. Hello folks, back from sunny Spain, for a few days at least. Bike racks
  18. Marky, Kinell will have a practically unused pair of boots, NO footpeg marks (can't possibly be) Dont know about white tho' hes NO virgin.
  19. Hope to see you all up/down there for the trial. I know there is on site camping etc for officials but sorry dont know about spectators. They do have a website: http://www.eurotrial2004.co.uk/ you may get a contact from there. Stu
  20. 2 Mega Pixels is not a lot these days, will print out fair pics say up to 5 x 3 but not any larger. Perfectly acceptable for web use tho. Have a look on Ebay.co.uk for some other cameras. Stu
  21. With tomorrows round + 1 day only in Spain and 2days in Switzerland =4 rounds If Dougie wins all 4 he will have 274 points. If Fuji comes 2nd in all 4 he has 278. Looks like Raga has to beat Fuji in at least 2 rounds for Dougie to win. Looks like the bradford lad still in wiv a shout BDMC
