  1. hey, its hard to advise, the inter route is hard but not dangerous, nothing to modern, no drop offs or big steps, just some narrow turns, steep climbs on loose rocks and slippery woodland the expert route is a bit easier, turns are not so tight climbs not so high but the rest is the same regards bob
  2. hey, i run on pilot jet 35-38 main jet 100 air screw you have to try (mine is 13/4 out) float hight standard (19 mm like on a keihin) this is important the bike is very sensitive to this! check float needle it must be clean regards bob

  4. Hey my entry form goes on the post tomorrow, last time on the honda in yellow next year on the bsa, that must be great to have some real power on the interzone regards bob
  5. Hey, would it be possible to put a b40 cylinder and piston on the engine? I 'm looking to increase my B40 to 390 cc but i don't want a long stroke engine so a bigger piston will be the way to go, are ther kits to do this (mayby for a scrambler) ? regards bob ps nice looking bike that b25
  6. is this the same ohlins as gasgas uses? i can buy a gasgas ohlins cheap so i wonder if it will fit my sherco? anyone knows? regards bob
  7. the bike needs more flywheel mass and a 24 mm oko i have the 24 mm and mayby i will put more flywheel mass on, just have to check when it could be done regards bob
  8. hey i rode 4 strokes from 1991 (Honda's mont 4rt and now sherco) idd the noise is a issue and they are all to noisy (expt beta) i love my 4 stroke but 2 strokes are just easier to ride cheaper and easier to sell, so mayby i will change to but then i have to learn to ride again (i never rode well on a 2 stroke) i dont understand why those modern 4 strokes are so loud my tlr is 25 years old and it makes no noise, from 30 meters you cant hear it. regards bob
  9. hey tnx for al the help, it does not have to be a victor tank but i guessed they are easyer to make with the wide tunnel i wil put a pic of the build up but i dont know how i can do that regards bob
  10. i 've seen on the tv guide on eurosport 2 and i got an email to tell me from eurosport (this is a free service from eurosport you can click some sports on and they let you know when the are on the tele) regards bob
  11. i just fitted a jitsie DB killer a lot less noisy and a bit softer on lower revs (i'm running the racing exhaust) regards bob
  12. Hey I'm building a B40 and i'm looking for a victor style fueltank that covers the head of the engine i have tried the Sammy M. tank but that sits ontop of my engine and that is not verry nice any idea where i could buy that sort of tank? regards bob
  13. i have seen its live on eurosport 2
  14. Hey, i have my 3.2 now for a year and a half and i would advise you NOT to buy this bike, it is to powerfull and to agressive for a novice, and it is a very exhausting bike to ride its lighter than the mont but it pulls so hard that you get tired verry fast and you will not be in control of the bike. i guess the beta 250 4 stroke or the scorpa 163 cc are the best 4 strokes for newbies regards bob
  15. hey, look for a tlr 250 hub and the honda spokes and they wil fit on a tubeless rim i did this 2 jears ago and it works perfect regards bob

    2008 3.2 Sherco

hey, i have been running a mont for 2 years and now on a sherco 3.2 build quality of the sherco is good, mine is a first kick starter ( i run an oko 24 mm carb now but it starts ok on the 28 mm keihin as wel) if my bike doesn't start after a fall and it looks flooded i start it on full trothle, works all the time i like the sherco a lot more than the mont, its a bit of a handfull for a novice/clubman but so is a raga, 2.9 sherco, .... only thing i dont like on the bike is the rear shock regards bob
  17. hey, i believe they are both good and reliable bikes, build quality of the gasgas is good and proven the evo is not that old yet but engine and so is not new it's just an evolution so i guess that wil be a bit the same like the rev3 i would try them both and see wat you like moast regards bob
  18. hey, i have seen this bike last year in Aywaille (Belgium) and it was so quick i could'nt keep up on my tlr 250 so there must be some power in the bike it nearly won the expert class pre 78 so it must be a very good bike and a good rider regards bob
  19. hey, nice bike! i guess it is a verry good bike for a clubman (if its build properly) here in belgium a lot of clubmans ride raga 300 and 290 sherco and they loose a lot of marks with these bikes who are just to powerfull and to agressive i guess this would work very good for most clubman riders. I have seen one before with a chineese honda copy engine in the nederlands regards bob
  20. nice riding idd but i liked him more on the 4 stroke hope he keeps using the 320 in the world rounds regards bob
