So who's going to replace him then?
Bou, Raga, Busto, Fuji, Cabestany wont be leaving their respective teams you'd imagine?
Fajardo - Will Vertigo keep 2 riders? Will he go back to Beta or will he go Gas Gas? Is it ultra important for the Spanish marque to have a Spanish rider as No.1?
Dabill - would assume he'd stay unless GG want Fajardo back. Would Dibs go back to Beta?
Kadlec?? maybe
Grattarola - seems very settled on GG so cant see it.
Thats the top 10 so I'd guess either Casales / Fajardo swapsies or Dibs goes back if GG bring Fajardo back.
Outside chance of possibly Gelabert or Farre but neither (IMO) polished enough to be Beta No.1
-
Hope Casales stays on Trial GP.. With Gubian and Karlsson definitely pulling out, losing another top rider cant be good for Trial GP
Will Iwan Roberts go full Trial GP next year?
-
Still love to watch Cabes, technically he's probably the best to watch (and be able to relate to as what Bou does defies gravity and logic) but hes not the quickest so qualifying has been his downfall in 2017.
Think he's 37 or 38 so doeen't make much sense Vertigo taking him ir him leaving Sherco.
-
Strange one. Fajardo looks good on the Vertigo and Dibs looks better than ever on the Gas Gas - maybe both on GG with equal billing??
Seems no matter where Dabill goes, Fajardo then comes and dislodges him as number 1 team rider....
Wonder when (if) this will be announced and will it spark any other rider moves.
Would definitely give GG a strong team if they all stayed - Dabill / Fajardo / Grattarola / Kadlec.
Only riders I would see then moving would be (maybe) Dabill going back to Vertigo or them signing an 'up and coming rider' which really only leaves Gelebert or Kadlec from the trial GP riders.
Gubian and Karlsson have both pulled out (I think) of doing the Trial GP champs. Ferrer seems to be going backwards, Casales is Beta no.1 and with Gubian pulling out will be their only rider.
Either nothing will happen or lots could happen.

See new Sherco pics everywhere and videos on You Tube etc etc but anyone seen / know what are the changes made for 2018?
Reiger shock I know, anything else?
-
Saying he won't name names though.. wondered if someone else had ruffled his feathers
-
He's clearly very disgruntled (on social media) but not saying what happened and who with.
Anyone there or heard?
-
Is it possible to break an Ossa rear mudguard?
-
I have ridden at expert level on 300's for years -
3x Raga Rep Gas Gas and now an Ossa Factory 300
I had long rides on both 250 and 300 at the John Lee / Vertigo test day and would say that for 99% of the riders the 250 Vertigo is more than enough.
I clearly like a 300 motor and while it's definitely torquey I thinks too much for most.
the 250 was amazing across all the engine modes and conditions whereby I found the 300 to be a lot less manageable / too snappy / fierce / excessive in a few situations.
I'm very seriously thinking of one and would only consider a 250.
be worth you trying to get a ride on both though. If in any doubt opt for 250 though I'd say

Yea cheers Billy. I spoke to Steve and showed him the Spanish site with the high high prices he was mystified by them..
-
Started with Fortuna in 94 I think and ran up to 1997
1998 onwards Andorra was the headline sponsor
-
Had a message from Steve and seen on FB that the prices that were quoted on a Spanish trials site are seemingly incorrect which is a good thing.
-
That's what I'm saying the Euro price has also shot up so any talk of Brexit is somewhat nullified
-
Not getting int the Political BS around the referendum BUT....
These prices are Euro € prices so sweet FA to do with leaving Europe and the greed of banks / companies.
-
From what I can see the new TRS will be just under £6000 and the RR nearly £6500
I thought TRS cost around £5100-£5300 have I missed something?? Or is a 15% price hike just happening?
-
I agree with Dabster. Parking not essential priority. When they did it in IoM there were free buses for spectators.
-
Oh that's good then.
That's a mega team there. Good on Vertigo, hope it works out.
Thanks Andy

Now that Fajardo is confirmed on Vertigo next year does this mean a strong 3 pronged WTC assault from
Vertigo with - Fajardo, Dabill, Moret??
Or, now that Gas Gas been resurrected - I assume with no major WTC rider other than Michael Brown (if doing WTC) - is there a chance Dabill could lead the 'new' Gas Gas team in WTC??
-
So he's not confirmed on Beta for 2016 then?
Bit gutted for Dibs if he goes Vertigo as this also happened when Fajardo went back to Beta
-
Is Jeroni Fajardo staying with Beta for 2016?
Just seen Loris Gubians announcement to do WTC / French champs for 2016 where he says 'I'll share my place under the structure with Jorge Casales'
No mention of Fajardo.
Is it like an A and a B team set up? Or is Fajardo potentially on the move?
-
It's a Racing not factory replica so assume be less specced - lower spec Reiger etc.
If they make any would guess it'll be limited numbers at first.
Needs to be in or around £5000-£5500
-
Priced well, good importer, looks decent.
Hope supply chain and reliability is good.
Will be a winner then
-
Prices announced
£5149 for 250
£5249 for 280 / 300
-
€1000 euros more than others puts it circa €8000 or £5800-£6000
Sound about right?
If they're good that's ok I guess, but need to be a chunk better than Beta, Sherco etc and also TRS and any possible new Gasser in terms of rideability and support to sell.
-
That could be a match made in heaven.
Raga and Top Trial Team.
They always produce stunning, exclusive bikes that are meticulously finished. If they can sort a bike and a deal moving forwards that would be a big coup and publicity for Michele and trials in whole.
I expect Raga will go TRS for next year BUT if Top Trial / what's left of Gas Gas can sort bike / bits etc then who knows?
Certainly another very good option for Adam as Top Trial been around a while and are well funded.
