Yeah I found it, thanks.... I'll be quietly catching up on things or the next week or so, then i'll get out and have a go.. Scared already, LOL.. so where are you if you're an hour from the Midlands? I actualy live in the forest of dean at the moment, but i'm in the middle of selling up to move back to the Wolverhampton area, my home area.. The solicitors tell me early April completion... I'm buying the Aprilia because I had a twin shock Aprilia years ago and liked it, ( see Avatar). I have never ridden a monoshock trials bike, i've never ridden with disk brakes, so i'm sure the Aprilia will be a huge leap forward for me. Maybe not the best bike about now, but I'm not the next british Champion either, LOL Thanks for your input, I'll keep an eye on the other group too..... Martin

Hi everyone, well here goes... in a few weeks you will all be smiling at another "old fart" attempting trials... well its not quite true, you see i competed regularly in the 1980's, but in 1987 my first son came along and that ended my trials career... in recent years I've been playing at landrover trials, and i have a few trophies to show for it. Landrovers are getting expensive, and believe it or not, my missus is nagging me to go back to bikes... she always loved going to trials, apparently. so here I am, about to get muddy again at 50 years old.... God i'm mad.. My last bike was an Aprilia TL310 hiro.... the next one is still to be purchased, but i'm tempted by an Aprilia 280 Rotax... ... so is there anywhere in the west mids that i can go for "official" practise these days, or do we just go over Cannock Chase? see you out there soon...
