i fit a flywheel weight and dont bother with the the gasket, just use a good silicone and make sure its spread all over the edge of the case

this comes up year on year on year, there was at least6 riders missing from pegasus because of the bremrose. at least 8 missing because of Nene Valley, (different centre i know but only 45mins away) and a few missing at s****horpe. clubs just book the same dates year in year out and its beginning to affect the bread and butter who dont ride nationals or travel much. personally i dont think there should be any club trials when there is a national in the centre on the same day. Clubs from the same centre can run on same day, but 3 trials in lincolnshire is rediculous. Nene valley always clash with peterborough or pegasus and with a quick jiggle between these 3 clubs could mean alot more entries at each trial.

just ordered one myself. plan to run with a flywheel wieght. seems to be the prefered set-up. and it makes it very smooth off the bottom

No im 6'4 my self and i use bar risers. used to have some home made 1s but now i use R.E.P. ones that are meant to fit the R.E.P headstock for gassers. they fit in rentahl fat clamps with longer bolts. i find it hard 2 ride a bike without them now. Hurt like hell at the gas gas test day. Easy fix for about 20quid come in 10mm and 20mm i think

2 bikes in a normal height connect?for real?

Simple one really and probly covered before hand. will a gasgas pro fit in a transit connect, not the high roof but standard roof height? anyone got one and can measure it? cheers guys

Just looked on scottish trial site and apparentley jt7 are doing a 2009 frame for 66 euros? Is that beliveable cuz 52 quid seem well cheap. surely would only need a new tank and could build my own 2009 pro??? how much would a tank be?

ello mate in from leicester but ride around peterborough and rutland area a fair bit......theres the peterborough club which use Wansford just of the A1 A47 junction. Pegasus grantham which use various venues in rutland. and loughborough dmcc which use venues near tilton on the hill in rutland. i use all of them and are good trials also you have lincoln and banovalum which are lincolnshire based then also nene valley which are northants. thats choice for trials and there is NO choice for practise which is a bit crap. feel free too pm me about certain trials and il do my best to help...what level do you ride at??? theres a pegasus trial near belvoir castle 2moro if your free. see ya around..... got some raw enduro trousers and there mint in the winter. Also got some of the new jitsie trousers and after a lil while getting used to them there mint

on all our standard wiring there is always a loose white wire which is to wire the fan on permenatly. think the black on is standard. when our fans break down we wire the spare white tp the earth cable so maybe if theres a white to earth swap it with black

they are those french urban trials blokes. saw them on tv somewhere. great how they can jus jump in the back of the van when the fuzz show up. Love to give it ago one night

Got our 2 gassers in december and they had the marzocchi's in but i know now that they have changed to pirelli forks which aint ally all the way through. This is, i believe, was because that marzocchi couldnt keep up demand

think the latest stuff is out at the mo. pro 9s and tech 6 i belive. too expensive for me tho so after much deliberation am heading for jitsie. shame its dictated buy price but o well. just my opinion

When these first came out i spoke to a well known Gas Gas mechanic based in the buxton area hint hint...he said that if ya flick it on2rain it gives a power boost at something stupid like 8 or 12 thousand RPM. So only handy with big splat steps. Basically iv had 2 GGs since and my brother also, so 4 bikes in total. We have just wired the switch on (rainy) and took it off. Less electrics the better less too go wrong. the way i see it if your hitting stuff that hard then cant be 2 bad to have that extra. At all other times its the same. This is unlike the shercos which have different mapping all the way through the power range. Hope this helps dude

just slow your riding down, play with first gear alot......will handle most things. just bare in mind that the bike was designed to work that way and if they needed slowing down then they would come with all those extras. theres nothing wrong with the bikes as standard. i agree they may be slighty faster then some rival makes but just spend some time practising first before spending to much dosh. a couple of trials isn't really enough try a couple of months if your still struggling come back to us

Hey there heading up to the six days for 4 days as a first time spectator. Just wanted to ask for any hints and tips for the newbie spectator. Basics really like parking in fort william on sunday afternoon & will there be trade stores for the public, from people like Gas Gas or will they be too busy??? Any other hints would be mint thanks!!!!!!!
