it looks as if Rob already has his answer but how difficult a job is it. Do you have to completely disassemble the forks?

can anyone help me? black oil comes out of the first exhaust joint on my 2001 montesa 250. I am running it on 50;1 Rock oil 2 stroke , is this right? Also I have no way of knowing how much gear oil to put in, Could too much damage it?
