  11. Hi, it sounds like that you have trapped the throttle cable, check the routing of the cable and that it is noy fouling the throttle cable, make shall that the throttle cable is sat in the top of the carb . Regards Paul
  12. You may have a crank seal gone (the one behind the flywheel)this would explain the not returning to idle issue. As for the clutch i would get it hot and then change the gearbox oil and see if that makes a difference. Scorpa250.
  13. From memory they do fit but i think you have to file the rear skirt of the piston to clear the crank flywheels. Scorpa250.

    Majesty Help

For good results i found that a Dt175 Reedcage and inlet rubber work excellent on a 200 ,it does require a little metal to be removed from the barrell and remove the reed stops as they are noy reqd as the inside of the barrell can act as stops .the dt carb is a good mod as well . Scorpa250.
  17. Having had a lot of twinshocks to restore and ride over the last 20yrs, i am looking for a garelli 320 did they ever get imported to this country? Scorpa250.
  18. Finally its 100% !!!! Fitted a new master cylinder and got a vacuum bleeder for cars, 2mins later its perfect. it must have been a combination of air and master cylinder ,the bleeder is so simple to use and sucks all the fluid and air out so quick but you need two of you 1 pouring fluid in and the other holding the pipe on the nipple . Scorpa250.
  19. hello all, went out in the garage to check the brake and its gone again !!!!!!!!!! if you pump the pedal 5/6 times it returns ????? should i get my son to just ride it and see what happens ? Scorpa250

  21. Hello all,well...after having the whole system hanging up and tapping every time i went into the garage i refitted to the bike today, bleed (old school way) and there is 85% braking !!!!! i will let my son do a trial and see how it goes ,its not as good as i would like but its the best its been .Will let you know how it performs in a trial. thanks again for all of the suggestions that everyone said i am sure it helped me get through knowing that i am not the only one that is having trouble . 22. Hello all, i have removed the whole system and it is hanging in the garage (caliper to top) have been tapping the whole lot with a spanner to try and get any air to the top will leave it for a couple of days tapping now and again will refit and bleed and see what happens will keep you all posted . Happy Christmas to you all . Scorpa250
  23. Hi Stork, have removed the reservoir and syringed the fluid from the top to the caliper it flows freely.the best results are the old fashioned way i just cant understand it !!!!????!!??? Regards Scorpa250
  24. I have been doing that, once that the nipple is closed ther is no pedal at all if you pump the pedal 5/6 times there is a small amount ??? does that mean there is still air in the system?? Regards Scorpa250
  25. Well Got a new "o" ring fitted it put the whole lot back on the bike, used a screwdriver to push the m/cyl piston still no good !!!! there is fluid flowing but still no pedal!!! I made a new M/cyl rod 10mm longer fitted it and on max adjustment there is about 25% braking .I back bleed from caliper to m/cyl but found the best way was to use a screwdriver. When i crack the nipple open push the screwdriver the fluid does spurt out dot just a dribble ...after another 1/2 ltr fluid refitted the rod still no good What next???????????????????????? Regards Scorpa250
