Yeah!...good to have a bit of a challenge eh Bowellsyboy. No point in having a stroll round the park and going home with just a handfull or points. And I'm sure you'll agree that the sections were still all very sensible and enjoyable. Extremely well laid out if you ask me. Roll on the next one.

nice to see a few more positive comments coming in. Personally I think with the right people at the helm there is alot of skill and talent in China that could produce something that would at least equal current marks, if not better them.

Quite a few reasons I guess HAM2. Firstly coz for some unknown reason I've always not wanted to follow trends ..guess thats what drew me to trials in the first place, when alot of my mates were going road-racing. Also coz I lived in China for 10 years and would kind of like to support their first venture into trials bikes, although I suppose one could say that its not totally Chinese in that its a Spanish company isnt it? Would be kind of cool to be the one to buck the trend and try something new eh?..I guess there'l be plenty that might say thats a bit mad, but only time will tell..maybe it will be really good?

Look forward to seeing one. If i was in the running for a new bike Id be tempted.

Wow...great trial today put on by Abergaveny AC. Thanks guys, excellent venue and excellent sections. Spot on I'd say and a big thanks to Matthew for all his hard work organising it. Looking forward to the next trial with Abergaveny AC since the last two I've done have been absolutely brilliant.

Thats a good tip JSE...I always do that too. Also, if you have a strong compressor...SOMETIMES you can get the rear tyre to bead by removing the valve and inflating..that helps the air get into the tyre more rapidly. If it beads, fine..job done..of course the tyre will deflate immeditaely when removing the compressor, but if its already caught the rim, no problem just replace the valve and re-inflate. Hope that made sense?

Ha-ha...probably not a contender!!!..but would like to TRY. I've missed one round already I think again due to my own confusion about the rounds, and if this coming Sunday is also a round then it looks as though I'll miss that too unfortunately. Ah well...guess the mantlepiece will have to stay bare for a little while longer!

Hopefully someone can help me out here..and thanks in advance if you can! The western centre website says that Round 5 of the Centre Championship was on October 12, (which I did and very good it was too..thanks to WVAC), then round 6 is supposed to be November 23rd according to the website. However!!!..this Sundays event held by SVMC, also says centre championship on it!..Am I missing something? or is this sunday championship round 5 and a half?? If anyone can shed some light on this and maybe future rounds of the championship, and how many there are in total I'd be really pleased. Many thanks

I'll definately be there at some point!!..just wait a couple of years till my daughter is old enough to ride and then we'll be there....seafood or no seafood...and I'm sure there's still plenty of cidre there. I remember having some great nights on that in Oviedo..although I think i'm still thinking in the wrong direction. I'll get the map out soon and have a look. Yep..lets hope they do it in other areas of Spain too, although I think, unfortunately it will be a while, if ever untill something similar happens in UK.

THINK...if you do a search there has been a thread(topic) on this before. It happened to me a few years ago and I remember people on here offering tips for sorting it. Good luck!

Just out of curiousity..what are the symptoms when a woodruff key shears?...will the bike cease to run, or run badly..etc??

I used to work a bit in Galicia...what a wonderfull place. SO..it that trials place is anywhere near there...which it must be?..I'll certainly give it a go. See old friends,...ride me bike and gorge myself on the FANTASTIC seafood there.....mmmmmm...better start saving!

If your SWM mal works as well as the one I saw at the road trial then I'll buy it, but I suspect you might have to add a few bits to it first ...not that Im knocking that, so PLEASE lets not change the thread into that old chestnut...plus, I think Id probably have to learn how to ride like that guy first too!!

Yep...bravo Andy and everyone else for all your hard work...was a very good day. Sorry I had to dash off at the end. Also....like mike said..dont count on me observing next year. The section I observed looked great and so I'll be riding it next year, all being well.
