Thanks for posting the pictures Mike, As you can see i have welded the SM footrests straight onto the frame. You need to get the footrest as low as possible and the swingarm bolt is to high to swing them off. I have used the bike for about 3 years and they feel great.
Thats for the advice, we have tried a Sherco 80 (small wheel), gasgas 80 & Clipic 80. My son liked the size of the Sherco but found the gasgas to big.
What do you think about Clipic's!!
We will be looking at the rev50 & gasgas 50 this weekend.

I have just replaced the fork seals on my TY175 majesty (250 forks) and had the same problem, I found a long screw the same thread (4mm i think) and put a point on the end. Then screw it in the oil drain hole until tight, then you will be able to undo and tighten again.
