  1. I'm in western MA. I'll probably get hooked up with NETA at some point. I'll probably go to the event at the end of July, there's a 2-day NETA thing. Should be cool.
  2. Howdy, I'm from Massachusetts in the USA and I'm new to trials. I'm planning on getting involved in some competition at some point and i'd like to get good at this stuff and riding in general. That's one of the reasons I chose to buy a trials bike. It's a '96 Beta Techno. I'm looking forward to learning some things on this forum. I'm a member of a few other motorcycle forums and i've learned a great amount of information about working on bikes of all kinds. I hope to have the same experience here. Other bikes I'm into: I am rebuilding a 1977 Yamaha RD 400 and hot-rodding it like silly, and I also own a 1970 Triumph T100C. This appears to be a great resource. I'm excited about learning things here.

Hey, I'm a new Beta owner and I was just curious as to whether there were any really glaring issues that i should pay special attention to. Is there anything that anyone could tell me about my bike? I'm new to trials and as my name might suggest new to liquid cooled motorcycles (I've got an old Yamaha RD 400 and an old Triumph 500 twin). I'm really enjoying my new bike and if there are any specific issues or anyhting like that I'd love your input. Oh, also, if it makes any difference, the previous owner informed me that my particular bike was owned and ridden to a National Championship in the USA by Geoff Aaron. So I don't know if that changes any of the bike's characteristics. Thanks in advance for any help you can give a newbie...
