  1. More to the point: Who left the gate open ? If the rider is who I think he is! Then as already has been said above: He's as straight as they come & he not only cares about the sport & its future, he gets off his backside and puts something back in. He obviously upset the establishment with a cracking ride. Well done & good luck to him.
  2. We all win some & we all loose some. As long as there is consistencey, that's the best we can hope for. I don't think that I've rode a trial where the rules are applied 100% especially no stop.

Hi, I have a Beta Evo Ohlins Shock for sale. It has only had 3 hours use and is like new. I also have a Factory Titanium Front Pipe, Rear Wheel and the Red Factory Adjustable Triple Clamps for sale. If your friend is intrested in the shock or the other bits send me a message and I will let you/him have my number.
  4. I have a feeling there will be controversy. It may me easier to predict who's going to test the boundaries !!! There are some really good hats thrown in the ring for the win though. Milner is still my choice. That said Mr Whitton may have a say in things, well who gets to the start! Keep burning that midnight oil Alan. Jesting aside I think Alan beat Norman Shep a couple of weeks ago.

Mmmmm! Have a look at what they did in the 60's, that would be a starting point! I don't think that points interfered with the speedo cable too much? Clearly its not just the trick frames and carbs (which we all get so uptight about) going on Cheat fork internals, hubs, PVL ignition etc Will there be a bike that truly represents what was rode in the 60's at the start of the event never mind the finish. I very much doubt that the winning machine will truly (even nearly) represent what was actually rode in the '60s.
  6. What about Milner ? He wont be turning up for a ride round
  7. Fair question dabster. How did you measure the 8000 rpm your sure of?
