stripped cluctch casing off i think it possibly could be the spring on the selector, i am going to get my dad to strip clutch off and see from there, dosnt look like no damage from what i could see, hopefully looks like a cheap job to repair

get a bendy bit of metal and scrape it round the bend, then get a power washer and blast it all out. then make sure all the water is out before you put back on your bike

i thought about that but its only been in a month or two? yeh i needed to get a new clutch basket and main drive gear becasue in the water pump drive there is a white drive gear and in there there is a metal rivot attaching it the rivot got out and got manngled in the drive gears, but this is all sorted now

i know people are going to say this is hard to say without getting into the gear box, but i have had all my gears perfect then all of a sudden ive lost 3rd 4th and 5th i can get them now and again but it is hard to get into them, and once they in they run perfect, going down the gears is fine, and once im into 3rd its not that bad to get into 4th and from 4th to 5th is not bad, so what do you think this could be? worn selector? will it be safe to contiune riding? i know this is a hard question but please help

its a 200 and im not sure on this one but i think it has a different stroke to a 250 and 290 where did you get that mudguard from was it brand new?

watch out for the electrics on them they have a habit of packing ive heard, you cant beat a sherco in my opinion reliable look good and great to ride. but betas are well built

would the paint stay on it or would it flake off?

i dont know any good coulours i could spray my tank? i dont think i will bother with the paited head, alough it wouldn't be hard to do, and how much is the flywheel gaurds? is there a special heat proof paint needed to paint the head? thanks

got an 02 sherco i want to put either 04 or 05 graphics on i know for the 05 i will need a new front mud guard but what should i do for the tank spray it or use some silver film? as for the back mud guard i am just going to leave it blue as i think itll look good? so if i have to paint it can i just paint the bit near the filler cap, also are the 05 and 04 frame stickers the same?

does the engine still turn over? take your spark plug out and try to turn it over.

my sherco does this, i have to have lots of free play to get rid of it, the cause on mine is that the plunger goes to far into the master cylinder and makes a click then gets really hard to push in and on my gg when it did this it stayed in there. mine was ok on my sherco till my dad fell off. so you might of fell off?

can some body tell me how the power band on mxer's work? and do trials bikes have a smooter version of these to make them grip better?

same happend to my gasser, alough we got it to run by not using the plug cap and threading the wire onto the plug but it used to keep shorting the pulg gap every 10's, so a cheap job to fix luckilly

scorpas dont have a long fuel range thats the only bad thing about them, while my little sherco 200 will run for ages on a tank, weh can you buy them hebo tanks?
