Flat blade screwdriver to remove carby. 2. Phillips screwdriver to remove float bowl. 3. 6mm ring or open end spanner to remove main jet. 4. 10mm socket to remove needle and seat assembly. 5. 2mm drill. 6. Loctite 3805 to fill holes. 7. Flat file to flatten brass filling sphere. METHOD: 1. Remove carby from bike. 2. Remove float bowl. 3. Remove main jet. 4. Remove needle and seat assembly. 5. Flatten head of brass sphere at C

I am trying to find out which gear box oil to use in my 250cc beta rev3. I have been told to use ATF or normal 20/40 engine oil or Putoline GP10. Seems like ATF is recommneded for some types of gear boxes but not others. Any advice on what other owners use gratefully received. Regards Clive

Hello all I have just got a beta rev3 250cc both the front & rear disks/rotors are loose but the bolts holding the disks to the wheel are very tight. I do not want to overtighten them & strip the threads, any ideas what these bolts should be torqued up to? There is slight movement (1mm) in front & rear disks is this normal? The bolts have washers under them & its almost like the washers are too thin & the bolts are bottoming out. There is no wear on the disks where the pads press on them. regards Clive
