Without doubt the most gay looking bike since the 80 to mid 90's.

Everyone knows if you paint your resvoir caps the bike produces more power, get with the program . its the same principle as painting car brake calipers red which gives you 3bhp at the wheels.

I have decided to put a heavier tyz flywheel on my sy racing to help give me a little more grip over the winter, would you recomend retarding the ignition to go with the heavy flywheel or should i leave it advanced? have meny of you changed the flywheel weight and what are your opinions, i ride mostly slippy tight sections and find sometimes the bike gets away with its self. I currently run a 2.8 but i also have a 3.2 that i will be fitting on friday.. cheers GODZILLA..

Best thing to do is drain the oil and water remove the kickstart and the brake lever. Remove the bottom water hose too. This will expose the kickstart gear. from there you should be able to get a better idea of what the problem is. I would expect that when you drain the oil it will look like metallic paint.

The mounting holes in the carrier were already the correct size. Still no word from the the shop i got it from so i doubt i will get a replacement , to be honest i am a little dissapointed. As for the plastic protecting the metal thats not going to happen if its not bonded together. It had no hard knocks it just came apart.

when your done with yours it cut it open and see what its made of you will probably be supprised, if it wears too much it will come apart and go round your sprocket and spit your chain off. All i am saying is beware, there is a chance there where a faulty batch, but as i have NOT been offered a new one and had a very bad experience with the one i had i will not pay

While out on sunday the x-bloc tensioner that i put on my bike a month ago came apart. The rubber bit of the chain guide went round the sprocket and flung the chain off, NIGHTMARE as i was mid section and didnt need another 5. i managed to get the chain back on and finished the event. when i looked at the x-bloc later i was appalled at the construction, the rubber part is moulded around nothing more than 10mm of bent metal on the top and 4mm on the bottom with a couple of holes to help it bond. for an item that claims to be shaped to avoid rocks the construction is very poor. I took it back to where i got it and asked them to send it back , but i doubt if i will hear from them about it. I took some pics but dont know how to upload them. Beware of the bling all that glitters is not gold..

How can they justify such a hike, or is that just the RRP and dealers will sell them cheaper..

It will be the selector shaft or the spring. my guess is the shaft tho. Not too hard to fix.
