  1. Anodising will be the best but probably very expensive. I was wondering how mutch is the cost of a new rear wheel from Ossa ?

I'd imagine it would be quite expensive for the wheel, A while back I had some rims powder coated in red on my old Gasser, & they lasted really well.

  2. Back anodized and powdercoated ally frames look tired faster than silver ones, well used 08 Mont 4rt's look pants. Granted the lad who owns the bike is less likely to bash it up than me.

Red ano would look original but Blacked up Evo's are soooo last year.

I suppose you're right to be fair, But if you protect the frame such as using frame guards & swignarm guards for the evo, it will stay in top notch condition. On the New evo's though, they haven't done a very good paint job, A cuple of lads I know have 2011 300's & the paint is coming off in big chunks.

I was just thinking what would be best to coat a frame, Powder coating or anodising?, Am I right thinking that anodising is where the colour is etched into the material, & powder coating is a quite a thin layer on top of the material?

Out of all the bikes I have seen, For me Jack's TTT is the best

  3. I think they are two different bikes, The bottom one also has a black swingarm, How come you don't like the black frame? I think it gives it the full factory look. I think I will get mine powder coated soon, & I agree that the forks do look mega as well, But far from cheap though!

The red cylinder head & wheel hubs look great as well, Typical stylish Italians!

  4. Hi, Just found this, It is Jack Challoner's new 2011 TTT Beta, Michele Bosi & TTT don't half know how to make a bike look flash, I think it looks stunning.

  5. Agreed, Bou is literally unbeatable, no one can get near him - most so disheartening for Raga, Cabes, Fajardo etc and also for the manufacturers and everyone involved with the bikes and riders.

Actually agree with Jack the clown Burnicle. they will need to start making him ride a different route : )

Great trial, sh*t races, awesome skills, great entertainment.

I loved the start of it more than anything, Jack Challoner & Fujigas in a race, & Jack beat him right at the end, He looked so happy at the end of it. & Fujigas' exit was awesome as well.

  6. Come on ben MAN Up ,, A well setup 320 is the best four stroke going..:thumbup:

You need to at the top of your game to have a good days rideing on one...when its good its very very good, but when you let them boss you about, they bite....

Haha Mike, You've got a good point there actually, I find the only problem with the 320 Sherco, Is that they have so much power, That it's unusable, I were riding about with a couple of lads last week who both had one & everywhere they were just spinning up all the time, Do you not find that the viberation through your feet & your hands is bad? Last time I had a go on one it felt as though I was riding a Jackhammer lol,

Ever had a go on an Evo 300 4T, with an Arrow silencer on it?, You'll love that. They've got mental power as well but is more usuable.

So I take it you're enjoying the Sherco then? But what happened to the Gasser 225? Bit of a big step up isn't it?

  7. I think I've seen a picture of that bike before, Possibly on H&D Racing? I think it has just been a standard bike to start off with & then made into a replica of Browny's old TTT Bike, There is no such thing as a TTT edition for what the public can buy, So i'd imagine someone would have had all the parts anodised or powder coated & put Rev4 fender on it.

The Black frame suits it really well though!

  8. I subscribed to the FIM website for a month.

Watched the Marseille x-trial, god it was boring!

But now i have access to the world trial video archives, Mega!

How was it boring? I thought it was awesome to watch, Especially Bou on the last section, Wait until on Sunday when Barcelona will be on, That will be entertaining!

  9. The Horsforth trial starts at 11am at Deer park & the Spen Valley trial starts at 12 at Cliffe Lane, Cleckheaton, I'd say you're probably best to turn up when the trial has just started or maybe 10 mins before hand. I Think both trial's will be quite similar but as you say the Horsforth one is a novice & beginner which may give you a good idea of a starting point.

  10. Have you got an Image of the bike you can show us? I'm thinking that the 2008 125/200 had silver rims, Like they have silver fork legs & the 250/270 has black/silver rims like they have black fork legs? Could be wrong though.
