  1. I knew that the 4 stroke has a difference to how it burns fuel & doesn't use as much, but i didn't think it would be such a big difference, the tank in my gasser is 2.5 liters, you can't go around everywhere in a high gear though when i was going around to different places around the quarry it was in a high gear & up a few hils were in about 3rd/4th gear it was in 1st/2nd some of the time but not that much I will just have to get a lot more fuel then. Thanks for your reply
  2. Well i've just realised on the 09's that they have a smaller tank than the 08's and the older bikes. but when i tried my bike yesterday to see how long it would take to run out, just riding about, not doing very much. i filled it up at about 9:00am and then i had to fill it up again off a full tank at about 10:30am, surely it can't run out so quick, there is no sign of a fuel leak or anything like that, i just don't see why it runs out so quick?? I also compared it to my dad's beta 4t, and in about 4 hours it didn't even use half a tank! and there is only 50cc difference in the bikes. Thnaks for help Cheers Ben.
  3. well for your sherco 290 i might of said about
  4. is Kinnerton quite a smallish place with a few long hillclimbs to the back of the place, near wrexham area, or a long way further down the country from Rochdale, because if it is the same place i am on about i have been before. but if it is a different place you are talking about i will try it out sometime. also is 'Trevor' in Llangollen I'm getting confused which one of them two places in wales i've been to before. on google maps it says that ruthin from Rochdale is 72 miles but then it says from Rochdale to wern ddu is like a 176 miles lol.
  5. GG UK have got them the rear tyre is
  6. Just as bob tlr said, the bikes are to expensive, & it does cost a very lot of money to get them properly ready for british championship competition riding.
  7. 11k for a rear shock!!!!, one fact i do know is that bou's bike altogether cost
  8. Thanks for the help Cheers Ben.
  9. Hi, i have a 2009 gas gas pro 300 & on a full tank of fuel it runs out in about 2 hours or even less, is this normal with the 300cc gassers or not. Cheers Ben.
  10. My dad just recently just purchased a Rev 4t 250 2008, & i have to say it is a fantastic bike, never let us down, runs fantastically well, rides awesome, sounds brilliant i would deffinatly reccomend one anyday. Ben.
  11. When i had my 125 racing 08 i could never get the bike into neutral when it was running, i think that's just how the 125's are. as for the kickstart, i think it could be a new kickstart or the spring has died.
  12. The prices will be avaliable this month, keep checking GG UK's website, they will be the first to know the prices in the country.
  13. In my opinion i prefer my dad's 250 to the 300 which i have ridden, the 250 is just nicer & calmer to ride with plenty of power, i found the 300 very aggresive and a bit to much power.
  14. Probably not very much, i think the standard looks twice as better as the repsol does.
  15. Dougie was seriously good back in his day, but god now you can't even get close to comparing him to bou. Dougie has had his time now.
  16. I'm having the same problem with my 09 300 pro, when i started it up in the morning it was fine, but when it got to the afternoon i just couldn't start it all.
  17. Well the problem is that the bike is impossible to start, but once it is started it doesn't choke itself or anything but when it should be starting, it's not doing
  18. Hi, could anyone tell me how you can adjust the igniton timing, i know you have to remove the flywheel but what's next after that? Cheers Ben.
  19. I think it's some of tarres trial team, which raga rides for.
  20. but the softshell is way to expensive infact i don't even think the tech 06 costs over
  21. I agree with with that, both pipes are supposed to be brilliant but i would choose the akrapovic pipe over the S3, it is a little more expensive, but it is up to you.
