Yes fair point Jon v8 , how come the trail bikes got involved in the first place ? maybe to boost the entry at some stage ? I dont recall seeing many classic bikes riding last year but accept I could be wrong .

Going the wrong way ! inexcusable ! I did it 5 times in one event not so long ago !!!! .Lets be honest its the easiest part of riding trials and we still mess that up . Answers on a post card please.

not for me, I went down this route and the tyre actually fell back off the bead when adjusting the pressure back to a few psi for trials, in saying this i do presume that your Morad rim is a tubeless type ?

Gaerne classic boots have always been my choice But , after the stitching coming apart after only a few trials and the dealer passing me onto the importer for the uk as fast as I could blink . The outcome was that it must have been me kicking rocks which split them ! . Poor attitude and the result is that I probably wont buy them again out of principle.

Hi Ducman, thanks for dates , how can I find out more about these trials please? is there a central web site or is it down to the individual clubs ? basically how do you get an entry ? as each year passes I always intend to ride at least a couple or these rounds (other than GB rounds) and end up not doing so !. I hope 2015 will be the one. Thanks great if you or any body can help with the info.

What a shame if this event dies as personally speaking have looked forward to it every November for a good few years now, more importantly is the history of the event over the years . I really hope things can be resurrected again but also I know its easy to say these things.

What is this all about? am I just being an old git or what ? despite being 100 per cent keen on trials this sort of event seems so far removed from the trials that I have known for years , to me it seems to be some sort of tacky PR stunt to showboat trials to the urban masses by using the terms like RACE etc , when has trials ever been a race? . God help me if this is the future of trials .!!!!.

Hi, i am also trying to upsize my tlm50, But can confirm that the mt50 big bore kit from pattern parts DOES not fit , I bought one and tried . What is my next move , any suggestions please ??

Hi, to take Woodys point about hill climbs , that would be great as they always featured in events of the past but for some reason unknown ,rarely feature these days ( at least in the Sw centre and the nationals that I ride). I have always wondered why?. Dont know about lots of mud Dave !!! lots of rocky streams better , in the midlands I hear you say. As I said earlier always been great event so will look forward to it.

Hi , I am always of the opinion that we ride what we are given and always bear in mind the considerable work that clubs put in to stage these events and feel it quite wrong to say what should be or otherwise, however in the past what you have laid on seems ideal and I suppose around 20 miles around suits all ? ,the road work is part of these events and gives a traditional feel. Visiting famous sections of old is always a bonus too. regards and see you soon.
