500 psi should do it.
Alternativly remove the silencer, this generally increases power by upwards of 37.3 %.

Easy way to raise the gearing is to get longer shocks.

Would that not just conduct the heat ? Loft insulation with foil and glass wool might work and should compress.

I was being flipant in my first answer, but see comic injuries re splitting the membrane on the front of my shin re my second response.

Reminds me of Michael Tye of Oban, flipped the bike in a steep burn, ended up on his back in the burn with the bike on top, water flowing in through the waist of his jacket and spouting out the neck.

Non o ring chain. Wash in petrol, blow crap off with compressor, boil in chain wax or similar. (wont look shinie though)

Its a good sized tank, 20 - 30 miles. But will vary dramatically depending on what gears/speed your doing. Camping shops sell Sigg metal bottles specifically for carring fuel for petrol stoves etc.

Use whatever chain you want. Personally if I read of recurring problems I try to avoid the potential problem.

A large proportion of injuries are to the lower leg, hence my comments. I would never ride with these, I never ride without my plastic shin / knee protectors either.

You dont mention it its a tubless rim. Will assume not. I treat it as a tubed type inc rimlocks.

Nothing wrong with Dunfermline, but would suggest Lanarkshire or SCRMC might be better if your just getting started.

Stick a little petrol down the plug hole, if it fires up, go back to the carb.
