It's the heat as you suspected, crack the top and let the pressure out.

So tiller effect is bad when its behind the forks, but ok when its in front ........

Certainly sounds like an air leak, have you sprayed it while running ? If its the ignition side crank seal, there will more than likely be some 2 stroke residue in the casing.

Check air box for water, were you using a pressure washer ? If water in air box, remove spark plug and try kicking over.

Agreed. Think I said that several posts ago, but apparently it's not a complicated enough answer. This post, and answers, demonstrate the real problem with trials.......
