ok. won't this make the wheel go badly out of shape if you have to loosen quite a few of them?

Hi have damaged a spoke in the front wheel so after ordering some new ones need to fit it. Only problem is there doesn't seem to be enough clerance to get the old one out / new one in at the center of the hub? Is it possible to change individual spokes without looseing all of them? Cheers Rich
