Saw a great one recently:
Stunt bike, 4 stroke 350cc, 2000 model.
Was a '96 beta techno.

Don't quite understand the question sorry, whats a trials 22/23?
-
Let the ill-informed speculation commence........................
-
I like that, you don't see many of these around.
-
I'm liking this project, but personally, I would have put the stickers on BEFORE I went to the pub.
-
If you read the Tommi Ahvala interview on retrotrials it would appear that not many people got paid at all by fantic back then!
-
That would be a scorpa "easy"
Is it blue/white?
-
As above, sounds like you don't have a sherco if it's got a rotax engine!?!?
-
I wonder if there will be any more superb Westmorland trials after recent events, and now the website has gone.
Anyone have any more info?
-
Doesn't seem to make much difference on my 250, maybe a few extra revs right at the top end. I just leave it alone.
-
Strange tyres dunlops, they take 2 or 3 trials to start working then they seem pretty good.
-
Common fault with the '13 evo. Rubbish design.
As above, gas gas ones seem to be the preferred replacement.
-
3, unless forward motion has stopped. Then it's a 5.

Tidy Aprilia there mont315, very nice!!

Bizarrely when I contacted Honda uk for a dating letter for my TLR, they supplied the letter (for a fee) which also stated the machine was not for road use!
DVLA would not accept this, despite the countless TLR's currently registered, so I scanned in the letter and removed the offending phrase and re-submitted it to DVLA, they were now happy & issued me with an age related plate.

Powder coating the spokes is a step too far.......
-
There is no "best" bike. Which one suits your riding style the most? Pick a good example of that one.
-
-
Sometimes the que jumpers bike's fuel tap would somehow turn itself off whilst waiting to enter the section too.......
-
You need to try all the bikes to find out which one you prefer, then make your choice.
Some people just don't get on with some bikes.

He either ran it without 2 stroke oil, or has thrashed the nuts off it until it seized.
By his own admission he has travelled 8km using only 2nd gear.
This is a competition trials bike not a trail bike.
Tell him to do one.

I have a client who runs 2 business that sort of compliment each other, one is run at a loss deliberately, the other one uses its services for next to nothing.
The owner told me this himself, all about the tax apparently.

I often read on here people saying there needs to be a clubman bike, cheaper than the current crop of gas gas, beta etc .
However I don't think people want to be associated with a "clubman" or "cheaper" bike. (XISPA anyone?) Everyone knows that any current machine is far more capable than 99% of the riders competing every weekend, but the buying public seem to WANT the latest/lightest/most powerful machine, even if they have to spend time & money slowing them down. The raga/factory/cabestany versions prove there is a desire for this type of machine.
The fact is, any cheaper bike with a clubman tag attached to it simply WILL NOT SELL.

Have to laugh at the fork stickers!
