hi i have a 1993 jt 250 & i need to hard wire the fan but not sure how so does anyone have a diagram or somethin,cheers

hi i have a 1993 jt 250 that only runs well wen the choke is on turn the choke off & it runs like a bag of spanners,it also takes a while to start even though it has a gud spark,the plug is always wet through any help wud b great

hi i need torque settings for the cylinder barrel nuts & cylinder head bolts for a jt 250 1993 cheers

there is no overflow pipe on the header tank its just a small nipple type thing

hi im gettin water in my gearbox oil is this down to the cylinder head,after about 5mins running all the water is gone & ends up in the gearbox its also getting hot cos i dont think the fan is working wat temp should this kick in is there a way of checking this

hi i have a jt 250 wiv a sealed exaust which is very noisy how the hell can i repack it short of chopping it up,does anyone now of any kind of universal exausts or where i can get a replacement??

Hi cheers 4 that ive had the flywheel off & tinkerd abit & the flywheel key luks ok but i noticed the key doesn't stick out very far anyway i put it all bk together & 3rd kick it started but only ran 4 bout 30seconds so i tried again & its bk 2 backfiring again so i think the flywheel could be slipping rnd on the key.

Hi my jt 250 won't start it just backfires every 5th or 6th kick,anyone help

cheers m8 i think i might know wat it is now ,the spring in front of the plunger was broke so i replaced it but it was a tiny bit shorter than the original so it must be blocking the hole from the master cilinder

Hi folks i can't seem to bleed my clutch up on my jt 250 ive checked the clutch pipe & its clear(no blockages),ive put a new plunger in the master cylinder as the seal had split,i just cant seem to get fluid in to the pipe & down to the nipple to bleed it,the master cylinder is also clear,can anyone shine any light on this

hi ive just baught a 1993 gas gas 250 in need of some tlc,first off there is a milky oil dripping out of the crank case breather wen running is this the crankshaft oil seals,also were do i get parts for this bike such as body panels & mechanical,cheers
