  1. I bailed off my bike while climbing a very steep slippery hill, I blacked out but somehow managed to break my wrist completely and fracture a part of my hand, they pinned it in two places and so had to cut my arm open. Here is a pic of the scar 4 months later... Lloyd
  2. It doesn't sound like they did too well, apparently there were quite a few that broke down, and some took 15 kicks to get started! I'm sure those who were there will be able to fill you in more than me. Lloyd

I mix part water and a bit of fairy liquid, then heat the sticker and the mudguard with a hairdryer, brush a little bit of fairy liquid on and then peel all the backing off of the sticker, put it on the mudguard then move it around on the water until its in the right place, then with your hairdryer move up and down the sticker so that the water evaporates and a sticker very well fixed just where you want it. Sounds like your running rich, and if your eating spark plugs a rich fuel mixture is sometimes the case.... Lloyd
  5. Coflet were you at the Lincoln trial today? I thought I saw a lad on that exact same bike? Lloyd
  6. Blocky are you riding the Lincoln trial this weekend? Lloyd
  7. Very nice RS, is that green part the original colour scheme? Lloyd
  8. I think it looks excellent, very nice and shiny!! Lloyd
  9. Very vey good idea Ian, do you have the machinery or access to the machinery to be able to make a prototype? Lloyd
  10. Great bike Heath, nice stuff bolted on too...... Lloyd
  11. I think that bike looks the dogs Jaylael, is it yours? I would have thought there would have to be some frame chopping to fit it in, and lowering the bashplate maybe? Is it much heavier or can't you notice it with the extra grunt? Lloyd
  12. I just took it down to my local bike shop, they took out the old ones and fitted new'uns 30 minutes and a tenner later... Lloyd
  13. I am really looking forward to trying the Sherco, I went on the Montesa and for a 15 year old on the small side it felt too bulky...But the Sherco looks as if it may suit me better, it has a slimmer tank and generally looks very compact. I thought compact wasn't so good because of maintenance on the engine etc, but then I realised it has the special electrics and I know if I ever invested that type of money I wouldn't be touching anything that I didn't understand..... Lloyd
  14. I wear the thinner end of the MX gloves, they are mostly neoprene apart from some foamy finger guards which have saved my fingers getting a beating of of rocks a couple of times. Although I would recommend them, after a few others trying them they really didn't like them, but they suit me....I think to get a glove you really like, you have to try as many as you and find out which one is best and most comfitable for you. Lloyd
