I am getting some bits on my bike anodized, but its costing alot of money, which I don't really have So I was wondering if anybody could tell me what I need to do it and how hard/ long it takes, I don't mind spending quite a bit of money and time because at least then I can anodize lots of bits... . I have found out that I need a 12 Volt battery charger which I have, so what else do I need?? Could anybody supply me with a method and/or some pics, details. Thanks in adavnce, Lloyd PS. Its for stuff like levers, bash plate, bars, sprockets.

  6. Thanks for yor reply Clark P, Ill do what you said and see what happens, hopefully there will be less drag. Hi peter, the clutch drag is not really suppost to happen, but it does and thats what I'm trying to solve. Ive been using different Gear oil and that makes it better. I would give that a go and see of it improves. Lloyd

  9. I have ridden the 4rt and is definatly not underpowered, in fact I was very surprised at how easily with very low revs it would pull up a steepish gradient. I don't no about the electricians nightmare, alot of 4 strokes are though when they go wrong. Who knows............but we will soon be finding out.
  10. Its good to hear some advice like that because I always used to use WD40 until some people had a go at me for using it. I am going to start using it agin, its easier to use and alot cleaner. Thanks, Lloyd
  11. If you can't find Bosch then just drop me line and ill send one over. Lloyd
  12. I use Ipone 2 Stroke gear box oil, It is very good and since I have been using it my clutch has been way smoother. By the way BVM moto sell it.
  13. Good point Ishy but I just thought if Stu couldn't fine the spark plug I can go ot Halfords, get it and mail it to him. Just a thought. Lloyd
  14. Hi Stu, I can get hold of those plugs easily over here, let me know if you want me to send one over to you. Lloyd
  15. yea I saw that it was very impressive.......
  16. They do this purposely so if your in a section and need to change gear you don't get neutral, of if youre climbing a hill and need to change.
  17. They had two 4RT's at Moto1 and one scorpa. I preffered the scorpa, bu thats cause im smaller and found the mont to heavy.
  18. Now thats bad, you wouldn't expect that off a new bike espcially when stuff like that is suppost to be tested to extremes.....
  19. I have this morning got up early to have a look at all the things you suggested. SO I checked the wheel spacers and they were in the right place, then I took the caliper of and looked at the piston and it was to far out, so I rang up a beta shop and they said to ease the piston back into the bore, after doing that it all was alot smoother. But my wheels was still rubbing slightly so I checked the angle of it as you suggested and THAT was it it was slightly to far to the left so instead of bending it i added a washer and it spins far better and brakes are better. I can't thank you enough.......ok I can thankyou vvvvery much Thanks again, Lloyd
  20. I have a small problem with the front wheel, its rubbing on the disk I think, but im not sure......Anybody had similar problem? Lloyd
  21. Well people could send in the size of their helmet, if they were told where to measure and how ( cause I have no idea where to start. ). Then their would be a huge chart of different helmet sizes. First the chart.........Then the world
