You never know, jjwhite could have come up with the scoop of the year
-
From what i can tell Sherco are bringing two models out for 2006, there is the new black framed model, and also a model with the 2005 chrome frame with the uprated engine and new graphics, not sure if it will have the black rims or not, ive been told the 250 will be
-
That would be a good choice beer monster, would highly recomend it. There's some really good deals on at the moment for new Sherco.
-
Which one were you then Bikespace, what do you look like ? I was observing sections 6 and 28 on saturday, looked quite good this year, they must have listened to the moans from the last couple of years.
-
Bloody hell you could have fun finding its a kinda magics place in the dark, take it Dan has give you directions, good luck !! Will see you all on the Saturday, im observing somewhere, i will be the one with the shiny sherco !!
-
The trial starts at Broughton in Furness, you will need to be turning off the M6 at junction 36, and follow the A590 towards Barrow in Furness. You will see signs for Broughton in Furness when approaching Greenodd, turn right off the A590 and follow this road all the way to Broughton. Hope this helps

I too had a pair of the dual compound grips and like Dabster said they go smooth really quick, bit annoyed when they had cost me
-
Whats wrong with the 4t then Jenks, there was two at the 3 day over the weekend, and they both seemed to be running spot on to me. Didnt see any of them noisy Monts anywhere.
-
I'll second that ! They were three really good trials, absolutly loved it. I'd been to the first two venues before but never to Dudwood Farm, what a venue, there had been a hell of a lot of hard work done there, cheers everyone
-
Wish i'd been tere, had to work though All Raga seems to want to do is ride big steps so he can show off, stick him on some different terrain and he moans. Would like to know how much of the works Monts are standard.
-
I read in T&MX that they would only import them to order if i remember rightly, mainly because of the 125 ruling, there isnt as much demand for them.
-
At the end of the day at the level these guys ride at, all that matters is winning, Lampkin may not be the greatest showman but he's won more than the rest of them put together. I like to watch the Cabestany, Colley, Raga styles, but i cant ever see them having as much sucess as Lampkin has had, look how long he's been winning for.
-
I had 2 Scorpa's, a 2001 and a 2004, and they both backfired every now and again, people used to really s*** themselves when it happened in a queue !!
-
There shouldnt be any artificial sections in an outdoor world round, thats what the winter season is for. Outdoors should just be natural, surely there is enough terrain at these venues.
-
I thought the sections at the Spanish round looked crap on Eurosport, they all looked just the same. I was talking to Heather Ellwood (Richards mum) and they were there, she said once you had seen one section you had seen them all, pretty much a waste of time, the Spanish riders seemed to like it though !!
-
No not anti Gas Gas, just a bit of a joke with Jenks ! Good luck to both of you.
-
He wont be, he's got another PRO !!!
-
Adam, the fork guards you saw are titanium and look the dogs B*****ks !
-
-
Its very good, definatly worth the money, a lot of good articles in it.
-
Has anybody noticed the carbon fibre protectors on e bay, they look to be a really good buy ? There is a water pump guard and a front pipe guard.
-
Good un Jenks Its simple, if you dont look after modern trials bikes, they will play up. But if straight away from brand new it was crap, i would take it back to the dealer and wouldnt want it back till it was sorted.
-
BA, the Scorpa's are really good, i had two on the trot, i rode them for three years , then i just fancied a change, the Sherco is a lot more lively than the Scorpa but its something you get used to pretty quickly. I was close to getting a 200 PRO but i'm glad i got the Sherco now.
-
I've been riding my 2005 Sherco since last October and i've not had any problems at all, i'm really happy with the bike. I changed from a 04 Scorpa, so i thought i might have problems reliability wise, but i havent. If i was buying a Gas Gas i wouldnt mind paying a bit extra if they put better quality parts on them, seems daft to me. If they are such a good bike surely people would still buy them for a little bit extra. If i was Thomas, i would be really fed up.

I find that the only time i get water in my airbox is when i wash it, so now before washing i take air filter out and cover the top of airbox with tape, its dry as a bone all the time. I struggled with my airbox a little at first to, its just something you get better at the more you do it.
