Believe it was very good today Sparky ? Bloody typical, i stood out in that crap weather last year and this year when i had to work, the weather was great, never mind, always next year !! From what ive been told the Bootle trial is pretty much the best trial of the series, cant understand all the moaning about it, maybe some people just find all the fell work too hard

He is a brilliant rider, can remember riding round near him at the Lakes 2 Day in 2003 when he was on the 125, and he was doing some unbeilavable stuff on it. Took time out to ask how my new Scorpa was to.

Can anybody in yorkshire tell me when this trial is please ? Also which club runs it and where is it ? I rode it about 3yrs ago yet can't remember much about it apart from it was really good. Cheers.

I had a problem with the front brake on my old Scorpa, it turned out to be the copper grease on the back of the pads working its way round on to the braking surface, as soon as the disc warmed up the brake was rubbish. A new set of pads without copper grease on back solved the problem. I used to use Apico pads, always worked fine for me.

The way i see it is if someone decides to ride a trial without a helmet, they cant have much in their head in the first place, bloody stupid really.

I'm not having it that the top riders ride stock bikes, just because they might look the same as a stock one, doesnt mean they are, it'll be the internals where things are different.

I just dont see why Bou should automatically get a wildcard at them all, i say good on Taddy for getting the ride at Sheffield, at least he won something last year . I dont remember any of the British wildcards at Sheffield making an ass of themselves in the past. If Bou is as good as people are making out then he wont have any problem getting in the top 6 in the outdoor championship this year .

Why the hell should should he get a ride in the rest of the rounds ? He will get his chance to do this if he gets in the top 6 outdoors. Surely thats the idea of wildcards, that different riders get a chance of riding in an indoor, not just one person.

There's a firm in T&MX who do wheel rims, called Candy Wheels, a lad in my area has just had his rims done gold on his '05 PRO, they look really good, was thinking about getting mine done in blue, but i'm to clumsy and would probably scratch hell out of them in one trial !!

My brother tried a Mitas rear tyre a couple of years ago and said it was crap, just couldnt get the same grip he could with a Michelin.

The '03 Scorpa tank colour is yamaha blue, i got my '01 SY done a couple of years back, the paint shop had an exact match.

What a touchy bunch ! Plenty of people in my area seem to have heard this rumour so i've asked people through this forum if they've heard anything similar, and all i'm getting is a load of s*** for it. CROSSER has said he's just signed a new contract with the factory so that pretty much answered my question dont you think.

Oh well, the records been set straight there then ! just saying what i'd heard, it seems there is only certain people allowed to say what they want on these forums and everyone else is wrong, never mind !
