  1. Thanks for the advice guys, I'll see what I can find. I'll be trying a different ones before I part with money. ta
  2. You may not be able to see the comments any more, but that doesn't mean to say I can't Knew it just needed a prompt I remember it well, those happy days. The guy did have balls for coming back on here and standing up like he did.......how many days....
  3. Pity you couldn't have held on to the comments maybe make a few more people understand what it was all about!!!!
  4. Shocking indictment for Ayrshire schools Uncle Matt, which one did you go to..... I've sorted your spelling and grammar. Fully agree though anything that can be done to sort the Muppets out helps protect both trials.
  5. Topic moved to correct forum
  6. SSDT 1986 Ben Nevis, last section last day: Observer, old Tommy Rider goes up section and dislodges very large rock right into to the line.....THE Eddy Lejeune (not our forum member) moves said rock to get space round it, Tommy and Eddy start a "minor" discussion regarding said rock, Mr Lejeune spends next few minutes put rock back in "Exactly" the right place, he was so embarrassed, it was so funny
  7. His biography...."no stone unturned"....
  8. When we going to rename this the Deliverance Thread then guys.... Im sure it happens the world over only in certain parts of the world sheep are involved
  9. Mine has been "Touched" as well no leaks very little bogging fairly good to be honest though new reeds might help. On the other hand my old man's has not been "touched"...(insert your own comment here ) it pi$$es petrol out of every orrifice and no matter how hard I've tried to set it up similar to mine, nothing works. It should now be in a box on it's holidays to Silsden to get "fixed". If it ain't broke don't fix it, we the Carbs need a fixing and a half
  10. The good half of ABBA, hated them as a kid cos my mother loved them "Dancing Queen" blasting out all the flippin time, mind you if I had been more appreciative of the ladies at the time they might have been a better ( well I was only about 9 when they came in the scene) IF ONLY...They did kind of follow me home.....and despite being sick and tired of everything when she called me last night from Glasgow..... Anni-Frid Lyngstad in a Scotland shirt... (Some readers will know what I'm on about ..if they are OLD enough)
  11. Someone's about to break into song...the thought of either in suspender and a bra is horrible
  12. You'll have an objection about that comment....I did hear that "Family Friends" had a slightly different definition over there though No but I lived there for 4 years......... It's an interesting place is Germany, drinking competitions wth the local dames can be fun, never seen women drink so much beer. Think I'll stick to eyeing up the Swedish ladies though
  13. HMMM, is she the one that always seems to be the celeb at the start of NASCAR races????? seen worse I suppose!!! So Steve, was she part of the Forsberg Trade?????? Back on topic; had an interesting experience at work today, we've been having a few "issues" with our phones. The phone rings and the sultry female (definately) Canadian accent pours down the phone. mmmmm nice (pity she was a habs fan)
  14. If it was that Mark I'd be better wearing padded trousies, wouldn't hurt my backside so much when I fall off Got them, special ones for inside my skates others for other sporty things....., boots are knackered anyway and as for the last bit she said Santa would bring me a pair if I met up with him in Fort William.......
  15. I know there's another (fairly recent) thread on boots but this ones a little different. Each have their pluses and minuses, I'm not bothered about wet feet, I can buy socks to combat that what I do need is something that will give me the best ankle support I can get. Both of my ankles are knackered and I'm fed up hobbling around for a couple of days after a trial because my ankles are sore. Any advice much appreciated
  16. I like that tip......give that a try later I think
  17. mmmmmmmm Just googled Terri Clark... I'm thinking it's the one on the left???? Although I can't see an adams apple on the one on the right, there does seem to be signs of one on the left??? I looked at an album cover..........phew
  18. I know your probably only making a point from mine and cota's name but ... how rude! lol i am quite neutral with views about bikes what i usually say is go out and try ever bike , its going to be yours so you may as well like it. Where abouts you from fredster ?? Could have said any names Lewis, but you have Gas Gas in your "handle", Cota Kid likewise
  19. Yeah, spot on Taff...........I bet she has a great voice Keep taking the tablets
  20. Fredster, You'll get the standard replies here: 1. I'll say Beta because thats what I've got and because Gas Gas, Sherco, Scorpa and Montesa are rubbish 2. Cota Kid will say Montesa because thats what he's got and that Gas Gas, Sherco, Scorpa and Beta are rubbish 3. Lew Gas Gas will say Gas Gas because thats what he's got and that Montesa, Sherco, Scorpa and Beta are rubbish....... etc etc etc Get the picture Best answer is try to ride as many different bikes as you can before you settle on one. There's NO BAD BIKES these days choice comes down to what suits you and what feels right Happy Trialing
  21. Run Atf, clutch loveley and smooth gear change nice and easy till the plates started wearing out. Suggest its probably more your plates than the oil.
  22. Hey Jay I just down loaded that tune.. He'll be on here later protesting his innocence.... .... We had a family come to Aberdeen a few years back, kids joined the hockey club and I'll tell you what she had some voice, melt candles from 50 feet away
