Should pay a damned sight more than that, IMO. In my day, we walked.
In my day we walked too, the scary thing is that was only 8-9 years ago
8 or 9....huh 23 years since i left.... make the little hooligans walk, have the same arguement with my pain in the neck daughter every day

When do we start the Great Sporting Moments 2007 thread
I was on night shift last night and obviously my southern colleagues were watching the text on the BBC website and as seems apt for Trials Central, the comment "capitulating like a bunch of cheese eating surrender monkeys" was heard as the wickets fell.....

Try telling Missus Percival that

A panda walks into a bar sits down and orders a sandwich. He eats the sandwich, pulls out a gun and shoots the waiter dead.
the panda stand up to go and the barman shouts " hey where are you going", "You just shot my waiter and didn't pay for your sandwich"
The panda turns and shouts back at the barman, "I'm a Panda, look it up"
The barman opens up his dictionary and reads the entry for panda" A tree dwelling marsupial of asian origin, characterised by it's black and white colouring. Eats shoots and Leaves

Jamie,
There is one other option and that is to look through the bike breakers ads. I don't know whether you'll find anything and I'd still advocate going to MRS or any other Sherco dealer you know.
I'd be very surprised if you did not benefit from putting the proper parts in.
cheers
Donald

Don't know mate, I ride Beta's. Give them a call, they'll help you as best they can the same as any of the importers, seriously Jamie, that is the best move to make
-
Jamie,
not really. Looked for one for my Honda last year and old yeah understand that, but because Honda didn't make them any more, no one else did. You could find the very rare original piston kit (piston, gudgeon and rings) but they were over

it the underwear isn't it.......i'm going to stop because the thought is too much to bear

Suppose you could mention the ones he missed, like the angle of the bend in the road at Lochailort....
Sorry K

In one of the shots I could just make out someone, pretending to scratch his face but it looked more like he was giving the camerman a one fingered salute. His face was somewhat obscured, yet strangely familiar.
Just looked again...think you're right Cota Kid
Tell you what though The Geographically Challenged One has got some cracking shots in among those videos, if you take the time to appreciate them properly some of the angles he's got are brilliant

Hi Jamie,
Go to MRS or a Sherco dealer, pattern parts or non-official parts tend to break much quicker. You'll also get guarantees from MRS for any work they do as well kiddo, well worth it.

Pm'd his nibs about this earlier. What's more the number of new members in the last couple weeks is massive as well, the number has been going up as fast as hits on the Beta 4 Stroke thread
:agree:
Said this before and I sound like a stuck record, (for all the kiddiwinkies, they are the things we had before CD's and MP3/IPod etc etc, big, flat, black vinyl things that you could use as a frisby if you didn't like it, Wham records): This place is THE GLOBAL TRIALS COMMUNITY and it's down to the hard work Andy puts in (as well as putting up with techo muppets like most of us) that has made it what it is and he should be loudly applauded for doing so.
(He'll delete this post because he's too damn modest to take any plaudits)

Oh my, I just had this disturbing vision of why Trials riders like long solo rides in the highlands...
Baaaaaahhhhh

was going to say she'll need more than that but then I clicked.....270 *

How many apologies do you want the guy to make...if the manufacturers shaft him and he can't get the stickers, then he can't send them out, give the guy a break
-
If our annual subs were related to the amount of time and energy he puts into this site then I think we'd all be struggling to cough up.
-
He typed the message out before they hit the pub.....all he had to do was press submit
Is this a first,a technical failure like that on a works bike is very unusual, or did anyone there see Raga hanging about with a hacksaw
-
Stevenston, Hangover trial, Place far, Kilbirnie.
-
Point made and obviously you've got my point however having ridden a Honda for 5 years I'd have risked the 4rt if i'd had the cash.
First test for the 4T Beta will be the Scottish, we'll what happens after that.
-
Similar to what we went through with the 4rt...... except with your username the 4rt wasn't a risk was it...
Every new bike is a risk ansd some people will always be willing to risk it. If I had the money, I guarantee I would
