Hi guys, I'm from Germany, so please my english is not so perfect. Please excuse me for that. I have a Rev 4T 300 Racing. The engine feels powerful, when I give throttle is all fine. My problem is when I want to stay or to move very slow with the Beta. The engine is running with idling mixture. When I give then 1 time a little bit throttle it goes back to idling mixture, all is fine. When I do this 3 times the engine runs down to idling mixture and then I get a "plopp" and the engine stopped. Is it possible that the idling jet is too small? Or can I change something with the air/petrol screw? Any ideas? Thanks and best regards from Thomas

Hi Mark, I built/made this carbon exhaust cover........because we have the same problem here in Germany. You can't buy any special stuff for the 4rt. ziro

Hi,............I know that there are four ( with the end cap on the muffler ). But my dealer did this......and in this moment I can describe three.....first = between cylinder and exhaust pipe, second = between exhaust pipe and silencer, third = the end cap on the silencer. The fourth is a rond flat washer, about 40mm .........I think this is in the area between aircleaner to cylinder........know in this moment not realy the exact place.....sorry Hope that this is the answer on your question......... Tom

@ end cap in or out of the rear muffler The first day I drove without this end-cap...........and it's very loud. Now I use the original end cap.......and I welded a stainless steel net inside..... the other driver's sayed now, that it's much better now. I can't feel that this cut power.......... Tom

Hi guy's, very friendly greetings from Germany. I like your Forum very much. We have nothing like this here in Germany. I took my 4Rt from my dealer last friday. The bike is brilliant. Very easy to ride, a lot of power. My last five bikes were been all Betas. Different to the Beta is, that I drive the 4 Rt much more in the first gear. The sound of the 4 Rt is a little bit too loud, when you turn the throttle for speed. Best regards, Thomas
