the hole closest to the rear of the bike is for draining the oil out of the gearbox, the hole at the front is for draining the crank, incase you get water/petrol in. just fill the gearbox with correct amount of oil

HI STU, unscrew you filler cap and remove, then use a small pick or screw- driver and remove the rubber 'o' ring around the filler neck and then lift off the plastic cover replace in reverse

i think they are my 05 beta came without them ,and on two occasions lost front braking altogether with mud and crap getting in, since putting some plates in i have had no more bother.

my son got his carbon fibre, and kevlar fork protecter's from bvm for his 04 sherco, most of them are inter changable i think , my son uses the sherco ones on his beta and i use my old montesa ones on my beta

no colly it's the pipe inside the tank, when you remove the petrol tap the pipe comes out with it ,the fuel filter in the tank, cut about 1/4 inch off then put fuel tap back in. don't tighten the tap bolts to much or you may find it leaks a little

my son and i have had to replace front mudgaurds ,on each of our bikes both 05 beta's

take the caliper back off ,then pump the brake a little at a time ,keep trying the brake on the disc till the pistons come back out enough to brake with out binding they will also come out in time . if you adjust them up to much they will start to lock on themselves with heat from the disc it's trial and error until you get them to your liking. a lot of the time they are pushed back more than they need be when fitting new pads, i hope this helps

i had the same trouble with my 02, had 33 pilot jet in changed that to 35,
and mixture screw 3 3/4 turns out . i left the main jet at 110 hope that helps.

my son had his wheels anodised last year from candy wheels, nice job ,before you get them done see what your spoke nipples and spokes are like, if rusty you'll need to replace them. we sent them to him because at the time he could not supply them, he will polish the hubs (

just picked up the new bike yesterday,as did G .RASP could you please tell us what is the best fuel/oil mix and also the ngk plug number as the new bikes came with champion plugs fitted,we were thinking of around 70/1-80/1 as this is what we ran the sherco and montesa at thanks
