  1. Ok, been looking at Pro Tapers, from what i can see the Factory Suzuki bend is only available on the Pro Taper SE (with a brace), and i was after a braceless setup, which was why i was looking at Fatbars.

    Factory Suzuki W800 H92 S47

I have found that Pro Taper Contour Taperwall Bars (Braceless) come in W800 H92 S57 (Henry/Reed), maybe that is something to look at along with the S3 adapters?

  2. Get a set of fat bar adapters, they will add some rise, about 3/4" I think. Then get a set of pro tapers in the suzuki factory bend. This combo is very close to renthal kuroyama 7/8" bars

Should cost around $125 u.s. dollars for the whole setup

I'm planning to get a set of these for mine soon.

    S3 Adjustable Handlebar Clamps

These will give a bit of rise, which I need. Someone makes one similar but with a bit less rise, but I forget where I saw them.

Are the bar clamps removable on the Rev3 then? Havnt actually looked.

Pete, You could make them at work

I could yeah, or if the standard clamps are removable i could just bore them out to suit fatter bars.

  3. I was under the impression the Rev3 2001-2006 pastics are interchangeable, but from what i can work out the front mud gaurds on the 2004 2005 & 2006 are mounted differently to 2001, 2002 & 2003. I WAS going to put 2004 plastics and stickers on my 2003 but i'm guessing i cant do this now?

  4. only 1 little step I can think of , maybe , Loosen the axle and all the pinch bolts up and bounch the suspension abit , so everything can settle . then tighten it all back up ...

    Glenn

Will do thanks. We did notice when we put it all back together that one fork leg was a few inches longer than the other which made the front wheel axle a right pain to get back in as the bottom of the forks were nowhere near in inline, is this right?

  5. Just changed the fork seals and dust cover seals on my 2003 Rev3, put 350ml of oil in the leg with the spring and 370ml in the other (as per Rev3 manual). The forks feel 'ok' but they seem to have a stiff spot about half way down the travel, i'm pretty sure this wasnt there before, is there anything i should be checking? (i'm new to this by the way)
