  1. I think you will find them on http://www.hillsboroughtrials.co.uk
  2. The Peak is a Great Trial for the clubman. It is one of the harder Classic rounds partly as time is tight You do have to keep moving or it will cost you at the end
  3. I'm not quick enough for the Scott, Anyway you can get back for Sundays Macc Trial
  4. If youre going up there on Sunday You would be better off riding the Macclesfield Trial ( gotta be road legal ) Great Trial
  5. The idea of 14 rounds with ten to count is so you can miss the 4 that are further for you to travel to
  6. All sounds very interesting. 'A' and 'B' routes for each class 'A' and 'B' championships Both ideas would make for more entries. But when you look at the chapionship tables there are only a handful of regular riders making the effort, perhaps due to the long distances involved So how about giving riders even more insentive to ride more rounds. Add two more rounds using exsisting central events ( Bemrose / D K Mansell spring to mind ) If there were 14 rounds and the best 10 counted towards the series riders would not just do the local rounds, but travel that bit more to make a championship of it. Just a idea
  7. Very disappointed as it's a great Trial one of my favourites. But we are taking about the farmers livelyhoods and they are the folk who provide us with the land we use
  8. I'm thinking of buying some new Trials boots, any tips on what to get. They need to be as waterproof as possible I've got some Hebo boots at the moment
  9. Always a good Trial. I hear that there are some new sections this year.

Thinking of updating my 05 and just wondered if there are any problems with the 07's. I've heard that water gets in the air box, Is there anything else I should watch out for.
  11. I was there but not seen any results yet
  12. I've heard there is roadwork involved so gasserboy could be right. See you there
  13. ANYONE RIDDEN THIS TRIAL BEFORE. IT STARTS AT NANTMAWR QUARRY. jUST WONDERED WHAT THE TERRAIN WAS LIKE? IS IT A ONE LAPPER?
  14. Whatever happened to all the heroes? All the Shakespearoes?
  15. Check out Mansfield web site Bracken rocks is open for practise on Saturdays where abouts are you from? http://www.mansfieldmauntrials.co.uk/main1.html
  16. All the classic classes 'A' to 'E' do the same route. Some of the rounds do have a harder route which attracts the local experts. Going back to my point on the championship. My suggestion is to try and get more riders in the overall series. If we could ride the ten events from 15 rounds ( picking rounds closer to home ) I'm sure more riders would make the effort to do the whole series
  17. While we are talking about the series. Looking at championship only 4 or 5 riders on average in each class really doing the whole series. I think it would be better to have four more central rounds i.e. Bemrose or Dave Rowland near Buxton and what about D K Mansell south of Birmingham. Fourteen rounds with best ten to count. Surely that would encourage riders to do more rounds. What do you Classic guys think?
  18. I can recommend the series, I haven't travelled down south to the rounds in Devon but I've done the rest and one or two Nationals with good clubman route The Bemrose (March) Dave Rowland (July)
  19. Just rode hillsbro' last Sunday , Great Trial. Looking at championship only 4 or 5 on average in each class really doing the whole series. 20. Check out http://www.macctrials.org.uk/ Great site for trials in the area, and http://www.mansfieldmauntrials.co.uk/ for events close to you. Where did you use to ride?
