  1. I rode at this trial aswell on sunday, the lower ridings trial. There was a fair bit of queueing i agree, but sometimes it is how it is. The section markers comment which you left about them not having a right and left marker, different clubs have a different way of laying trials out, so it just depends on what club you are riding with. Like the club im a member off, has blue for easy, red for the middle route then white for the hard route, so it just depends on where your riding really. Also i agree, they are a very friendly club which is run by the Faulkners, they always put on good events with "THERE OWN" marker colours, thanks for a good event faulkners. Cheers J
  2. I do not own either of these bikes, but after riding a few of them, which my mates have, the sherco is a big beasty bike with lots of grunt, the evo, seems like a soft bike, its has soft power at the bottom, but once you open 1 up, it will go aswell. The beta is alot easier to ride than the sherco becuase its not so grunty!! See if this can help! cheers
  3. Well i persoanly would say go for the 290, because i went from a 125 sherco to a beta evo 290, and i felt that it was so smooth an easy to ride, so it shows that they are not a mad bike. And i have rode many 250's and they just dont seem to have the smoothness as the 290!! Hope this helped!!
