what did you paint the wheels with ?

make sure it has right plug in it and gap is correct myn back fires when i kick it wrong some times but your might just be running to rich try cleaning out the carb then playing with the mix screw and idle screw

I was told not very tight by lampkins I did them all up to 20nm in the end and it was fine

looking good looks much newer now

i think most of it is the same as my 2005 they have just tweeked it a bit so cant be to bad

sounds like yours is a 2000 rev 3

i had a 99 techno it was red and silver with dark grey front mud flap sensor was on the head i now have a 2005 rev 3 and its at the bottom of rad . to fill the rev 3 you remove the right (as your looking at the bike from the front) black plug on the frame near the headtube if its a techno the rad has a cap to fill it this may help http://www.trialsport.com.au/beta/documents.htm http://www.bcdirtbikes.com/Everything-Else...hno-Manual.html

can be lots of things myn runs most the time they dont run much cooland and the rad is small so dosent do much if its on more than it was before check your still using same fuel and oil mix and same oil quality then check water pump impellor for broken fins and play and check you plug is not to dry or to wet maybe change it anyways thats all it can be really if your stat is new

I have been changing my oil after every ride since i changed the pump seal but the oil is still crappy and bike is not loosing water! can i flush it out fully Is theresome way maybe take cluth plates out and put a car engine flush in and run it up then drop it out ?

There still shut they had a trials day there the other day so im hopping if its the noise thats the problem thay can make it into a mental huge trials area

As many of you know tony moto has many mx tracks in winchester uk http://www.tonymoto.co.uk/ but he has problems with planning permission at the moment so is shut ! I think it a noise issue but i think he might be perswaded (sp?) to open a much bigger better trials area there if he has the interest from us and local clubs so if your interested post here or call the number and leve a message saying it would be a good idea and you and your mates would use it and maybe us southeners can get a all year round riding place cheers matt

Bike looks good I did all myn i got them from beta myn was a mess all the shafts the lot 90 quid was in a rush to do myn ready for a trial that weekend but if your shafts are good a bearing shop should be able to get the bearings for you there needle rollers should be listed on the parts list code might be in the part number

a lot of the engine parts are the same they have changed a few bits but not much the rear sus is totally different on the rev 3 but the forks are not much different if your after beta parts john lampkins is the best fastest place 01535655970 has all the parts in stock and post is normaly 1-2 days
