lumbr Posted August 26, 2006 Report Share Posted August 26, 2006 does anyone khow some basic settings for the carb and what jets are best, just to give me somewhere to start from, its got a 40 and 140 jets in. plus are they better run on super unleaded or not, how long is it before petrol goes off. paioli Posted August 27, 2006 Report Share Posted August 27, 2006 i run with a 36 pilot, 145 main, 21mm float height, air screw 1 1/4 turns out, needle clip on the center grouve, b6es plug and 50 to 1 mix , any doubt over the fuel replace it , try the bike out after each step you take and if any step dosent work go back to standard, also make sure the air filter is dry [ no oil ] and you blow the carb out with a air line first.
