jon v8 Posted September 6, 2006 Report Share Posted September 6, 2006 Yep, first trial in a long time - on an unproven bike I have not really finished or practiced on,looking forward to a bit of wobbling/dabbing and plenty of booze in the pubs at Halwell/Moreleigh ! Esp if I can get rid of all the cable ties and replace them with nuts/bolts.Previous owner must have had a good supply of ties and a toolbox with no spanners. Last year was extremely hard had due to the amount of water. This year was much easier...i should have ridden the star route. Since I am crap anyway, it wouldnt have made a difference. Nearly went swimming on the section 3 mudpool on sunday cos i could get it up..... Thankyou to Bill Hartnell and all the observers.
