brockway
Hey Sam, I rode the 58K last year and it was a blast! Probably won't be able to make it this year though with getting ready for our event and all. Aaron Brandenburg
sam
Thank you for the Replys everyone, sounds like a lot of fun, no events in the midwest that weekend, we may very well attend! Aaron, We hoped you, Waldo and Biff would have made it to the Dixie Cup, would of made a bigger class, I imagine you guys where regrouping after the RI nationals. Hope ya all make it to the Columbus 2 day, in 2 weeks! sam
dbrown
Looking forward to a great event this year, Oct. 21/22 at the TTC. I think we'll have a rather short loop and ride all the cleared areas that were part of the world round. But unlike May, October is usually dry and grippy. Leaves will be turning, it is always a beautiful time of year in the TN mountains. Will make sure we have a good mix with some creek bed sections and hills and rock steps. dan

trialsman
The 58K gets its name from the original owners of the Trials Training Center, Tony and Laura Bussing. When they bought the land, 600+ acres on the sides of a couple of mountains, they bought it for 90 dollars an acre!!!. Thus 58K is what they paid for it. If you've never been there, it is Trials heaven. Miles of trails, sections everywhere you look, terrain to fill your every desire, great facilites, parking, etc. We in ther STRA are blessed to be able to ride there free whenever we want.
