the addict
Thanks to everyone involved today and observers, great trial and good sections throughout, only a couple of Geoff Capes ones but all ridable. Held at Saintbury Quarry which runs a group for the Colmore National as well, nice and grippy for a change and met Pete aka Scorpa3 on here, hes running a trial there on the 29th this month (Stratford on Avon MCC) Pretty sure Steve Workman won it on the Honda and may have only dropped one or two all day and I dont think I worried him in the slightest. Little surprised to see how quickly most of the clubman completed the trial, I had done the first lap and many had finished all four? did nt think I was too slow and finished in plenty of time? is this the norm? scorpa3
Thanks for the plug Just. You looked like you had things well under control when I was watching you. You made sections two and three look really easy on the A route. Alan Taylor was also going very well on the B route riding his BSA, he only dropped one. I finished on five at least. A well set out trial with three routes on offer, congratulations to the Evesham club for staging such an enjoyable event. It is nice for me to ride in a trial and be back at home by 1pm! the addict
Pete gald you only saw me on two and three then mate, 1-4-5-6-7-8-9-and 10 were another story? Well done Alan if he only dropped one on the B route, looks way to much like hard work on the BSA. Looking forward to the John Macc next weekend then Petes trial on the 29th. Neveready on here had a good ride on Steve saunders bike which he picked up Friday and a stunning ride on the very tight stump/wall section 4, probably one of the best rides of the day(Git!!!) Had a barry moment on lap three up the big root hill climb section 10 where the bike loopped out and smacked me in the side of the head. Had two imediate fives on the next two sections and had to have a little sit down for ten minutes to recover conciousness I think. Still a great trial though, well done guys Staight back up to the dishes after the trial to finish the day off with me mates Ralph and Dad Edited October 15, 2006 by Betarev3
