rabie
thanks for your offer of help/guidance various clubs/individuals in our centre have brought land before so we hope we know what we're doing! the aim of the press release was to tell people what was going on (we called an EGM to authorise it) so we knew people would start hearing about soon fingers crossed and hope our bid gets accepted
spud
our bid seems not to have been the highest, see below:
rabie
it appears (as i understand it) that the land has been withdrawn for sale if it comes back on the market the centre will obviously look again very seriously at it
spud
the solicitors are dealing and to me this is saying the winning bidder has plans for the land. those plans would i suspect be applying for planning permission and while their application ( i suppect) would have been submitted the sale remains onhold pending the outcome of the applicaton. might be pie-in-sky but iodds on im right because this is the only practical reason why the solicitors are involved.what do you think? rabie
i don't know one way or the other; it could be what you say, it could be that its been withdrawn from sale, it could be many things (im trying to be careful what i say here)
