toofasttim
Who reckons Knighter will walk it (like Salminen) and who reckons he'll get duffed up (like Eddy)?
dixie
Knighter should walk it he was a lap up on everts at the beach race (weston) and looked as fast at the end as he did at the start
diesel dan
I think Glenn Kearney will be hard to beat next year. I don't think Knighter wil just walk it in. Have to wait and see
toofasttim
Yeah, Kearney's a good bet (in spite of being a sheepshagger ). Proven reliable and he doesn't get hurt. If Knighter doesn't whack himself he'll win it. Eddy had a torrid time in the GNCC, so did Wattsie (after winning it once). It's a brutal series (as is AMA MX) and staying healthy's the name of the game.

toofasttim
But i'd swap him for some rain! Yeah, I was over a few weeks ago (and I've got to come back) it's looking pretty bleak. Nice to have 33 degs though (my african side speaking here).
toofasttim
Well there's a turn up for the books. First GNCC winner was an aussie but not Kearney.
motofire
Well there's a turn up for the books. First GNCC winner was an aussie but not Kearney. Yes...and from a friend who was in attendance it was an amazing display.
paulthistle
I am glad to see Watts win one! He seems to have trouble getting body and mind focused on racing at the same time. I went on an MSR promo ride a few years ago, he is an incredible rider.
toofasttim
And another surprise: Paul Whibley won last weekend. At this rate the yanks won't get a look-in.
city trials
And another surprise: Paul Whibley won last weekend. At this rate the yanks won't get a look-in. Sure looks that way. News reports say Knigher has a wrecked hand and flew back to Isle of Man for repairs. Sure is a bummer to have such a great track record and come to the largest off-road series and struggle as he is so far. Kudos to Whibley on his excellent performance. Actually I forgot a yank is leading the series Kinda funny. Maybe Knighter and Steve Colley are sharing a hypobaric chamber.
lastplacebrad
Knighters hand was wrecked well before the start of the GNCC season, He did it whilst out practicing before the Le Toqueut (SP?) and has already spent time in an oxygen tent but maybe he can get a group discount with Colley!! I wish him all the best for a speedy recovery and really hope it wont be too late in the season for him to take the fight to 'em!!
