ladytrialer Posted November 2, 2006 Report Share Posted November 2, 2006 please help me discover wats up with my bike i road it last sat for a couple of hours practice and it was running fine, then sunday morn i start it to warm up for a trial and it dies after a minit or so, i start it again and the same thing, and again, i change the plug and it still dies. (went home gutted) i think it my be water due to washing so i check the carb there is a little i flush out carb with petrol put back together start it and it dies, do you think it possible i have water in the petrol tank, or am i missing something else. your help and advice would be most greatfuly recieved Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

barrybaines Posted November 3, 2006 Report Share Posted November 3, 2006 I`d suggest giving the carby a good overhaul could be a little bit of dirt in a jet, check all rubbers are in good condition not split and all are correctly fitted as someone else mentioned clean filter and air box, check spark, if all still fails try discontecting the kill switch? if all that fails do this Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
