i have been riding properly for a few month now and i started off riding really bad at a lincoln mcc trial trials about 3 months ago and dropped 92, went to ride at a grantham trial on sunday and dropped 17, unfortunatley i am moving to cyprus in july 2007 and want to really improve before i go, i was just wondering. at what point do you moce up to the middle/clubman route from the easy route...

thanks....

by the way i had a good ride on sunday, quite pleased with how much i've imporved

Whenever you feel comfortable but I moved up from the easy route too clubman (normal) after getting the same kind of results you mention (had a 2nd and a 3rd in the easy routes)

In my opinion it has helped my riding no end moving up a level just be prepared too start getting some rubbish results again (though that may just be me!)

Give it a go even if you think its too much you can always go back down again for a few, never let any peer pressure effect you :hyper: otherwise there will be pictures of you on your a*** all over the bloody place :hyper:

yeah thats what i was thinking, i am going to try a middle route before christmas but this is only going to be at one of the easier trials, when my dad is home to catch me, lol..

was just speaking to him nad he said give it a go, and as you said can always move down a route if necessary...

but we'll see what happens,

its all good fun, so can' complain...

i will probably doingthe next lincoln event, it is a very very hard trial, some say stupidly hard but hey its still one more trial under my belt

hahaha

i don't think i am going to move up a route, was talking to my friend today and he talked me out of it...

an to be fair i am no were near good enough to go on to the middle route at any trial, and i want to win a trophy so i better get cracking...
