charlie prescott
Hi Guys. Nice bike hey. Triumph generator "cooking engines" were always good value. Good Pre 65 bikes just keep going up in value don't they. Hi Big "J" you were right about the Reg prefix it is for Berwickshire. another good bike to come out of Scotland then. PS< there's a cylinder head on E-bay at the moment if anyone is intrested, but it looks as if you will have to pay dear for it Edited November 27, 2006 by charlie prescott
trickymicky
I couldn't bring myself to ride that off road, just thinking about cleaning it afterwards makes my skin creep!I think that is a Scottish Borders registration HSH 565, Berwickshire comes to mind up until 1973! Big John I think any number with an s in the middle is scottish, apart from age related numbers- a lot of them have s in the middle- these are all previously unissued for scotland anyway. Birmingham numbers always had an o in the middle, hence Ariels GOV's. no doubt there are exceptions, but thats generally the case.
