Not sure at the moment where you can get it (download?) but's really useful for this sort of thing. Just draw a box around any part of the screen and it puts it into the paste buffer. Press the button on your keyboard that says 'PrtScr' Open up 'Paint', 'Word' or any similar program Press the 'CTRL' and 'V' keys together to dump the image. Save as whatever...
