oranagamcs
No, I am not going to attempt the conversion myself. I got quotes from dave varley at D&C so far. He wants to charge me VAT but I dont think that I need to pay it being from outside the country, maybe i am wrong. Now i need to compare to allan Whitton and see who I will go with. On another note I am picking up a A10 and a '67 Bonneville tommorow. Anybody have pics of a a10 in trials trim, does anyone do that tio them, i am thinking cafe racer for it though. totalshell
those ever so generous boys from the inland revenue are happy for you to have them vat free, but you have to pay it first and then claim it back..
oranagamcs
I am going to placea order early next week to central wheel for rims for another project. So I am going to order rims for the cub as well to save on shipping. What width do I need to order for the front and rear wm? Are the non flanged morads acceptable to use? I spoke with Alan the other day and I think that he will be doing my fork conversion for me as well as a set of yokes. Thanks Matt
old trials fanatic
WM1 21" flangeless front and WM2 or WM3 18" rear. I would personally use a WM2 rear as clearence is limited on the cub but others swear by WM3. Down to personal preference but i am sure you will get advice from other board members. Post some piccys when you get it done
