It does'nt want to go due to lack of spark. does anybody have any electrical readings I should be getting from both coils,and if they are gone is rewinding an option. Type in your bike name and model and have a look what it comes up with i will do the same and reply if i find any thing out. lee harris Posted January 3, 2007 Report Share Posted January 3, 2007 Green to black is the trigger and should be about 40-60 ohms. red to black is primary and should be 500-700 ohms. Black to ground is zero cos its earth. Yellow to black is 12V when the engine runs! let us know your readings. If all your readings are ok, the the ht coil is probably bu((ered.
