ktmsprocket
Hi. Has anybody fighted some 'bright' headlights to the above? If so, what kit did you use? Wattage? Extra running gear? Problems? Cheers

copemech
I could not help but check what (watts) my original lamp was. Surprised to find a 5 watt peanut. With elimination of the stop lamp and tail lamp, you should be able to increase that to 10 watts, possibly even a halogen lamp, without killing the ignition when you turn the light on! Best I can tell, there is no separate lighting coil on this setup, one power source runs everything!
copemech
Found this tidbit. You could run 2, 6V/ 5W halogen lamps in series, or 1, 12V 10W! Or perhaps 2, 12V 5W in parallel! With two, you could look like a 747 coming into the section! http://lightbulbsdirect.com/Merchant2/merc...gory_Code=MR-11 linky Edited January 19, 2007 by copemech
