C3 Radial internal clearance is one step larger than normal for a 6004 bearing, 20mm shaft size, normal clearance is 5-20um, C3 is 13-28um. I don't think you will notice the difference. I don't think you will notice the difference. humm, 8 microns movement over 10 inch of wheel(radial), im not sure but i think they wont last as long and you might feel slight play. id just get the same as what came out.
