andys
Hi Guys, Just bought my first trials bike a Sherco 2003 250. I was just wondering what your thought were on working on the bike myself? I am pretty handy and have had bikes before, all seems easy enought or am I kidding myself? Have a few questions the Sherco. 1. How do you check remove back brake pads? Looks like you have to remove back wheel? 2. Was think of changing all the fluids on the bike as i dont know when this was last done. Oil is easy enough except how do you go about collecting the old stuff. I am use to a bolt under the bike!!! 3. Fork oil how do you go about changing this? 4. Is it worth stripping the carb down and checking it over or if its running should I leave it alone.... 5. The air filter do you coat it in oil? 6. whats the gap on the plug? 7. is it just water in radiator? 8. any thing else I should do? Have looked on the web with no luck... Thanks for any advice cheers Andy
