stonehenge
Hello! I'm restaurating a Sherpa 199B. The betor shock absorbers are completly damaged. So i have to look for new one. The length of the original betors are mounted on my bike is 345mm. I have found pretty shocks on web called BBS-competition. But they only available in 340mm or 360mm length. What do you think is better 340mm or 360mm? Dose the 360mm shocks fit the 199B? Have any classic-freaks experience with the BBS-competition? Thanks for your answer! peterb
Hallo Lee, Ich wundermich warum Du dass in Deutsch geschrieben hasst! I would say the 340mm length would be the best option, 5mm less than the Betors would not make a huge difference to the handling. The 360mm shocks would tend to tuck the steering in too much. Viele grusse, PeterB.
